GIFT CARDS
Gift card recipients are invited to contact Yvette to chat through what Bespoke services their voucher can be applied to and to secure a session time. Please text or call 0224143344 or email enquire@yvette.nz

VALIDITY
Gift cards have six months validity from date of issue. In the event that a Gift card hasn't been used within six months after the issue date, it cannot be refunded. If you cannot secure a session within the valid timeframe, extensions can be applied at the discretion of the issuer. The Gift card is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchase of the Gift card implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES
The Bespoke Dresser® follows the MOH guidelines and safe practices with the view to how we operate and interact during the various Covid-19 Alert Levels. Our Bespoke clients and suppliers safety and wellbeing is paramount. Yvette, The Bespoke Dresser® is fully vaccinated. We look forward to continuing to support local businesses and connect our clients with the best offering from local and international retailers for seasons to come.

SHOPPING TOURS / CONCIERGE SHOPPING
Details of these sessions will be planned with the client prior to the shopping experience whether it be a guided shopping tour or concierge to home. Please note, none of our pricing / packages quoted on the website include include shopping spend.
If you are gifting someone a shopping session and would like to include some shopping spend with your gift, we are happy to facilitate.

WARDROBE CARE SESSIONS
Details of these sessions will be planned with the client prior to the wardrobe care experience, whether it be an express refresh or more detailed edit. Travel within Auckland is included in all Wardrobe Care bookings.

TRAVEL
In the event you are purchasing a Gift card or Bespoke Package for someone who lives outside the Auckland region, please contact Yvette to discuss prior to purchase, some travel charges will apply.

AVAILABILITY
Please keep in mind when booking, our session times are subject to availability in season. Yvette will work with you upon booking to ensure access to the next available Bespoke session times that apply to your package/purchase.
