From our exclusive range of retailers, we hand pick the items that we feel best suit your needs. We source multiple options, in advance, to present to you on the day of Concierge delivery.


 
 


DELIVERY DAY

The garments and accessories that have been selected exclusively for you are delivered to your home by The Bespoke Dresser®. During this Concierge session, you will be able to try on the garments and accessories in the comfort and discretion of your home, making informed decisions around purchases without distraction. The exclusive new way for Aucklanders to shop.

ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS + RETURNS
If any items from the Concierge delivery need to be altered or enhanced, The Bespoke Dresser® will tailor these items to you. The items will then be taken to our expert tailors at the earliest opportunity. An alteration invoice will apply. We manage any returns or size exchanges for you same day or following.

ADMINISTRATION OF PURCHASES
An itemised invoice for items you have selected during the Concierge session will be emailed same day or following.
The invoice is due for payment on receipt.
